Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Ra Studio collects, uses, and protects your personal information. A privacy policy should “describe how a website collects, uses, and manages the personal data of consumers”, so in this policy we tell you what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. This policy is effective May 4, 2025.
Information We Collect: We collect only the information you provide voluntarily. This includes data submitted through contact forms or newsletter sign-ups (for example, your name, email address, and any message you send). We also collect non-identifying usage information automatically (such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through analytics tools. We will only ask for what we need (for instance, subscribing to our newsletter just requires your email) and will not collect sensitive personal data like financial or health information.
How We Use Information: Information you submit (e.g. via the contact form or newsletter sign-up) is used only to respond to your inquiry or deliver the newsletter you requested. Anonymous usage data helps us analyze and improve the website (for example, we use Google Analytics or Framer’s built-in analytics to see which pages are most popular). We do not use your personal data for any purpose unrelated to operating or improving Ra Studio, and we do not sell or trade your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking: Ra Studio uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytics. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site work (for example, maintaining a logged-in session) or collect anonymous data on site usage. Some cookies are essential for basic functionality (e.g. confirming your identity when you log in), while others are analytics cookies to track visits and behavior. It’s standard practice to inform users about cookies: for example, some cookies (like those used for login) are “inherently necessary”. We will also use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to see which pages are visited and how often. In the future, we plan to add a cookie consent banner so you can choose which cookies to allow. For now, you can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings if you prefer.
Third-Party Services: We may share certain data with trusted third-party providers who help run our website. For instance, email addresses for the newsletter might be shared with an email service provider, and site usage data is shared with Google Analytics. These providers are only given the minimum data needed to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for other purposes. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties. Importantly, Ra Studio does not sell your personal information to advertisers or other organizations.
Your Choices: You have control over your data. If you subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any newsletter email or contacting us. You can also manage cookies using your browser or wait for our upcoming consent tool. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, please contact us (see below). Privacy best practices suggest providing an easy way for users to contact us about their data; we take this seriously.
Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data. We store your information on secure servers and use encryption when transmitting data (for example, via SSL/TLS). However, no website can be completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will follow legal requirements to notify any affected users and the proper authorities.
Policy Updates: We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes (for example, in how we use data), we will post the updated policy on this page with a new date and may notify you directly. Please check the “effective date” above to see when this policy was last updated.
Contact Information: If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or your data, or if you wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us at contact@ra.studio or via our contact page. Providing a clear contact method is a recommended best practice, and we will respond to data requests or inquiries promptly.
